In December 2013, The Ronto Group announced plans for the development of Naples Square at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Ronto envisioned Naples Square as a walkable/bikeable community that would put the downtown district at its residents’ doorsteps while bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South.
The Ronto Group has processed its 200th sales contract at Naples Square, a walkable, bikeable community at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. With the Phase III building on schedule for completion in spring 2019, Ronto continues to generate strong sales. Less than 24 Phase III residences remain available. Two of the Phase III floor plans are sold out. Phase III sales transactions worth $61 million have been processed. Three furnished models that were available for purchase with a leaseback have sold. Three Phase II furnished models are open for viewing with a sales associate.
The Ronto Group reported construction of the Phase III building at Naples Square is progressing as planned and on schedule for completion in spring 2019. Concrete for the fourth floor has been poured. Installation of the rough electrical wiring and plumbing is underway and forming of the first elevated sections of the building’s east half has started. Situated at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road, Naples Square’s walkable lifestyle and the availability of one and two-story, two and three-bedroom plus den floor plans with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces have transformed how people live downtown. Eight Phase III one and two-story floor plans from 1,460 to 3,238 square feet under air are base-priced from $750,000 to $1,645,000. The two and three-bedroom plus den plans feature 10’ ceilings, open-air terraces, and designer kitchens with an enhanced appliance package.
The Ronto Group announced that all three of the Phase III furnished models at Naples Square are now under contract. The models feature the Phase III Biltmore, Chatham, and Dover floor plans and will remain open for viewing after completion of construction through a developer leaseback. Ronto continues to generate strong sales for its Phase III residences. Less than 25 purchase opportunities remain available. Phase III sales transactions worth more than $60 million have been processed and the Phase III building is more than 70% sold. Two of the Phase III floor plans, the Dorset and Emerson plans, are sold out. The Phase III building is on schedule for completion in spring 2019. Three previously sold Phase II furnished models remain open for viewing with a sales associate.
