With site work underway and vertical construction slated to begin in September, summer sales have surged at Naples Square, a new community located at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road being developed by The Ronto Group. Ronto reported that five sales transactions valued at over $3.5 million were processed in July and that five new contracts totaling approximately $5 million have already been processed in August. Scheduled for completion by fall 2015, Phase I will include 73 residences.
Naples Square offers a walk-able lifestyle that provides immediate access to downtown’s attractions. The community will bring a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. Seven spacious one and two-story floor plans from over 1,200 to just under 3,000 square feet priced from the $500’s are available.
The two-story Franklin plan offers 2,934 square feet with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a formal living room with a two-story ceiling and double-stacked windows, a dining room, an island kitchen, and a flex room more than 330 square feet. The Franklin floor plan is base-priced at $1,295,000.
The Essex plan provides 2,469 square feet, including a spacious living room, dining room, master bedroom, two guest bedrooms, den, island kitchen, three-and-a-half baths, plus a 277 square feet balcony overlooking a landscaped courtyard. The Essex plan is base-priced at $1,005,000. Just two Essex residences remain available.
With its private one-car garage and a 226 square feet balcony, the Dartmouth plan lives like a townhome. The plan features 2,175 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, a den, three baths, a family room and dining room, and an island kitchen. The Dartmouth is base-priced at $895,000.
The spacious Denison plan offers 2,264 square feet of living space and a 290 square feet balcony. Based-priced at $885,000, the plan features three bedrooms, a den, three baths, a family room and dining room, an island kitchen with counter height bar seating, and an L-shaped balcony.
Base-priced at $735,000, the Chelsea two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half bath plan includes 1,832 square feet of living space and a 214 square feet balcony. The flowing great room plan features a peninsula counter height bar in the kitchen. The Chelsea is available with courtyard views or east and west city views.
The two-bedroom plus den, two-bath Ballard plan offers 1,529 square feet of living space plus a 182 square feet balcony and is base-priced at $620,000. The great room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom open to the balcony that overlooks a landscaped courtyard. The kitchen includes a counter-height island.
The Alton great room plan provides 1,268 square feet of living space plus a 205 square foot balcony. The Alton includes two bedrooms and two full-baths, a kitchen with a counter height bar, and a dining area. The Alton plan is base-priced at $495,000. The Phase I Alton residences are sold out.
