The Ronto Group processed binding and pending sales contracts worth $12.5 million during January and February at Quattro, the fourth building at Naples Square, a walkable/bikeable community being developed by Ronto at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Total sales volume at Quattro now stands at $55.5 million. Ronto expects to begin construction by second quarter of 2021.
