Strong Sales Continue at Quattro In Ronto’s Naples Square

The Ronto Group processed binding and pending sales contracts worth $12.5 million during January and February at Quattro, the fourth building at Naples Square, a walkable/bikeable community being developed by Ronto at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples.  Total sales volume at Quattro now stands at $55.5 million.  Ronto expects to begin construction by second quarter of 2021.  Ten floor plans reflect the sense of space and style that will be featured in every Quattro residence.  Priced from $1,450,000 to $2,725,000, the plans range from 2,300 to 3,800 total square feet and offer the largest living spaces and some of the largest condominiums in downtown Naples.

Three of the Quattro Fiore ground level walk-up residences remain available.  The neighborhood facing residences are priced from $1,450,000.  The two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath Fiore floor plan includes a den that can be walled or presented as an open space that continues the flow of the L-shaped great room, kitchen, and dining room.  The Fiore plan features 2,501 square feet of living space with 2,230 square feet under air and a 271 square-foot covered balcony.  Pocketing sliders open the great room and dining room to the balcony.  The balcony, dining room, and both bedrooms all open to the landscaped setting at ground level. 

Quattro’s three-bedroom plus den, three-and-a-half bath Dario residence offers an L-shaped living area and 3,189 square feet of living space, including a 237-square foot covered balcony.  Neighborhood facing Dario residences are priced from $2,000,000.  The Dolce plan also features three bedrooms, a den, and three-and-a-half baths, as well as an L-shaped living area with pocketing sliders that open the great room and dining room to a 237 square-foot balcony.
