State approves Naples Square condominium documents

The Ronto Group has received approval of its condominium documents for Naples Square I, a community with residences ranging from 1,200 to 3,000 square feet on the corner of Fifth Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road South.

Naples Square’s walkable lifestyle will bring a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting Fifth Avenue South to Bayfront with access on 10th Street South via Third Avenue South. Ronto’s initial application for approval of the condominium documents of Naples Square I, a Condominium was submitted to the Division of Florida Condominiums on Jan. 17 after being completed by Lisa Van Dien of the Cheffy Passidomo Law Firm.
