The Ronto Group announced it is accepting reservations for residences at Quattro, the fourth phase of Naples Square located at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Introduced in December 2013, Naples Square’s walkable/bikeable lifestyle has transformed how people live in the downtown district. The community has put all of downtown’s attractions at its residents’ doorsteps while bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to the Design District and Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. Phases I and II have been completed. Phase III will be completed this spring.
Ronto has taken Naples Square’s lifestyle to a new level with the introduction of Quattro. Seven spacious two, three, and four-bedroom plus den open-concept floor plans ranging from 2,300 to 3,800 total square feet and priced from $1.3 million to $2.6 million are included in the Quattro offering. Quattro’s plans offer the largest living spaces and are some of the largest condominiums in downtown Naples. The residences will live like a single-family home and will be on a single level. The plans feature 36% more total living space than the plans included in the first three phases at Naples Square. Every Quattro residence will open to a covered outdoor balcony that will blend with the interior living areas to create a compelling indoor/outdoor experience. Residences on Quattro’s courtyard amenity deck level will feature extended outdoor terraces ranging from 606 to 972 square feet. Standard features on the extended outdoor terraces will include a gas bar-b-que with a sink, a trellis-covered hot tub, and a fire pit.
The amenity deck will be the centerpiece of Quattro’s amenity core and include a spacious pool deck, pool, and hot tub, chaise lounges, trellised seating areas, shade cabanas, a firepit with a seating area, two grilling areas, and a covered bar area with barstools and a large screen television. An interior club room will feature a bar area with a refrigerator, bar sink, and cabinetry, a billiards room, restrooms, and large screen televisions.
Ronto is including an exceptional array of standard features and finishes at Quattro. Five hardwood flooring choices, porcelain tile, wood-look porcelain tile, and natural stone in an ivory French pattern are available. A wide offering of standard carpeting selections is also available. Irpinia kitchen cabinetry that conveys an European flare will include blind corner pullouts, shallow pantry pullouts, cooktop pullouts, multiple drawer stacks, a double waste pullout, and a variety of door style and finish options. Cabinetry hardware in brushed chrome, chrome, or oil rubbed bronze is standard. Quartz kitchen counter surfaces in a variety of colors are also standard. The standard kitchen appliance package will include a SubZero integrated column refrigerator and integrated column freezer with an icemaker, a Wolf five-burner gas cooktop and wall hood, a Wolf E-Series single electric wall oven, a Wolf microwave oven with built-in trim, a Meile 24-inch dishwasher, and a SubZero under-counter wine cooler. The kitchens will also include a Franke Cube single-bowl sink, a Dornbracht Tara Ultra-Profi single-lever faucet or a Dornbracht Elio single-lever faucet with a pull-out sprayer, and an in-sink-aerator Pro Series garbage disposal.
Standard finishes and features in the owner’s bathroom will include a Kohler Ladena undercounter sink, a Jacuzzi Stella Unique Size soaking tub, a Dornbracht Lissé wall-mounted tub spout, a Dornbracht LULU single-lever tub faucet with a hand shower set, a Dornbracht IMO Ceiling Mount rain shower head shower fixture, and an Infinity tile insert drain in the shower. The owner’s bathroom will also feature marble counter surfaces.
The Quattro floor plans designed by MHK Architecture &Planning present a new take on how life in downtown Naples can be enjoyed. Each of the plans feature spacious living areas that provide an ideal downtown Naples pied-a-terre or full-time residence. The 2,300 to 3,800 total square feet plans include open-concept spaces that convey a feeling that embraces a sense of freedom and exceptional livability. Tropical breezes will flow from the covered outdoor balconies into the living areas that include large great rooms, dining rooms, oversized island kitchens built for entertaining, generously sized dens, light-filled owner’s suites, and elegant guest suites, some of which open to the covered balconies. The Quattro plans will define a new standard of maintenance-free, luxury living in downtown Naples.
Homebuyers have been captivated by Naples Square’s location, walkable/bikeable lifestyle, intimate amenities, and spacious floor plans. A mixture of Bermuda, British West Indies, and Coastal Contemporary architectural styles created by MHK Architecture & Planning, has brought a timeless flavor to Naples Square and created an appealing downtown landmark. A park-like landscape design by Christian Andrea of Architectural Land Design, Inc. includes an attractive streetscape along Third Avenue South that bisects the community and has created a pedestrian and biker friendly route that connects downtown with Bayfront. A public access linear park stretches along the eastern edge of Naples Square and fronts Goodlette-Frank Road.
Gulfshore Playhouse purchased a three-acre tract within Naples Square, a purchase that will add a new dimension to Ronto’s vision of a community that enriches the entire downtown district while providing its residents with a walkable lifestyle. As planned, Gulfshore Playhouse will build a multimillion-dollar, 56,000 square feet complex that will include two theaters and an education wing.
