Ronto introduces Finishing Touches Program at Naples Square

The Ronto Group has created a Finishing Touches Program to assist homeowners with finish selections at Naples Square, an enclave of residences ranging from 1,200 to 3,000 square feet being developed on the corner of Fifth Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road South. Naples Square’s walkable lifestyle will bring a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting Fifth Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via Third Avenue South.

The Finishing Touches Program will be facilitated by the project’s general contractor, BCBE Construction, in a building located immediately west of the Naples Square sales gallery at 100 S. Goodlette-Frank Road. The facility, called the Finishing Touches Gallery, was refreshed with new paint and carpeting consistent with Naples Square’s clean-lined look. Residence finish samples are being installed. Soon after construction begins, homeowners will be invited to meet with Naples Square’s Finishing Touches Program Coordinator at the Gallery to select finishes for their new home’s flooring, cabinetry, counter tops, door hardware, plumbing fixtures and paint colors. At the same time, they will have an opportunity to customize their home’s lighting fixtures and to add any nonstructural elements they desire. The homeowner’s interior designer is welcomed to join in the process.

Naples Square offers seven, one- and two-story, two- and three-bedroom with den floor plans with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces. Designed by MHK Architecture and Planning of Naples, the light-filled floor plans feature 10-foot ceilings, designer kitchens, chic master bedrooms and designer flooring throughout. Controlled access covered parking is also included. Pricing begins in the high $400s. Construction is planned for 2014 and includes completion of 73 residences.

The Naples Square floor plans include finishes specified by Naples-based Renee Gaddis Interiors. Standard details include porcelain tile flooring in the living areas, kitchens and baths, 8-foot solid core interior doors, 8-foot exterior and sliding glass doors, contemporary, lever-style door hardware, 8-inch clean-lined baseboards, 7-inch crown molding per plan, ventilated wood shelving in the bedroom, linen and pantry closets, and separate laundry rooms with a Whirlpool Duet front load washer and dryer and a utility sink in most plans. The floor plans’ open kitchen designs include KitchenAid Architect Series II stainless steel appliances, European frameless construction, full-overlay cabinetry with a variety of door profiles, finish selections and hardware, a stainless steel, under-mount sink with a pull out spray faucet, and multiple granite and quartz counter top options that are three centimeters thick. The master bath features marble-topped vanities with dual sinks, large showers with bench seats and glass enclosures, soaking tubs with most floor plans, and a separate water closet room. J-boxes are included in most rooms for the future installation of decorative lighting or ceiling fans.

Residents will enjoy a professionally designed fitness center, a courtyard amenity deck featuring a resort-style heated swimming pool and spa, sun deck, pavilion bar with gas grills, and a gas fire table with seating, as well as state-of-the art technology. The club room and a terrace will open to the pool area and include a bar, large screen television, and a billiards room. Naples Square will be staffed by a professional management team that includes full-time maintenance and housekeeping personnel.

Gaddis has designed the community’s common areas to include a neutral color palette of grays, beiges, browns, and slight aqua accents. As planned, clean-lined architectural details and materials will provide a coastal feeling with a modern twist. Twisted brown and silver juniper branches will create visual interest and bring texture to the neutral color palette. The first-floor elevator lobbies are slated to include terrazzo floors. Tile flooring with a wood look will be featured in the upper floor elevator lobbies to create a less commercial and more residential ambiance. Custom panels of asymmetrical blocks will serve as interesting accents on some of the elevator lobby walls.

Since opening its Naples Square Sales Gallery in mid-January, The Ronto Group has received more than 40 reservations. A surge in reservation activity that included 15 new depositors in two weeks followed Ronto’s announcement that the condominium documents of Naples Square I, a Condominium have been approved by the Division of Florida Condominiums. Approval of the documents was received Feb. 20. With the approval of the condominium documents, Ronto anticipates converting Naples Square reservations to contracts later this season.
