The floor plans’ open kitchen designs include working islands; KitchenAid Architect Series II stainless steel appliances; European frameless construction, full-overlay cabinetry with 42-inch upper cabinets and a variety of door profiles, finish selections and hardware; a large stainless steel, under-mount sink with a pull out spray faucet; and multiple granite and countertop options. The bathroom’s feature 36-inch tall vanities; comfort-height, elongated toilets; glass shower enclosures except on tub/shower combinations. The master bath features marble-topped vanities with dual sinks; large showers with bench seats; soaking tubs with most floor plans; and a separate water closet room.
