Ronto Announces Reservations To Be Converted To Contracts At Quattro

Purchasing a new home is an exciting time as buyers anxiously anticipate the start of a new chapter in their lives.

Perhaps nowhere is that more true than at Quattro at Naples Square, The Ronto Group’s fourth residential phase of spectacular condominium residences located on the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples.

Recently, future Quattro residents were invited back to the downtown location as their reservations were converted into contracts.

“Our purchasers were extremely excited to sign the contracts securing their future home at Quattro,” stated Micheal Ouellette, sales manager for Quattro. “This is an exciting next step in creating their new custom residence.”

As part of the milestone, residents also selected their two deeded parking spaces, as well as their climate-controlled storage locker.

“The next step in the process for our residents-to-be will be meeting with the various design professionals as they collaborate on the ways in which to make their new home a true reflection of their individual personalities,” added Ouellette. “That’s one of the major advantages of purchasing a residence in Quattro. Not only is the pool 25 percent larger than previous Naples Square buildings and Courtyard spaces enlarged, but the residences themselves have 36 percent more total living space and are totally customizable, benefits our buyers really like.”

Quattro has proved to be extremely popular with buyers looking for the ultimate Florida lifestyle, as well as a perfectly designed home within walking distance to all downtown Naples has to offer.

“A number of our buyers commented on how wonderful it will be to be able to take a five-minute walk to Fifth Avenue South and all its restaurants, boutique shops and other businesses, yet be able to enjoy luxury living,” said Ouellette.

Seven spacious two, three, and four-bedroom open-concept, single-story floor plans, each with a den and powder room, are available at Quattro. They range in size from 2,314 to 3,885 total square feet and are priced from $1.3 million to $2.6 million.

“The residences at Quattro will live like a single-family home as they are all on a single level and spacious in design,” said Ouellette.

For example, the Bianca floor plan epitomizes the sense of space and style that The Ronto Group and MHK Architecture & Planning have created for each of the new building’s residences.

The Bianca is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half bath home with 3,437 square feet under air and 3,875 total square feet including a 438-square-foot covered balcony, accessible from four rooms.

From the front entrance one steps into the great room, the combination living and dining areas. Both have walls of sliding glass that offer direct access to the 36-foot-long balcony, creating the ideal indoor/outdoor entertainment area for family and friends.

Nearby is the open kitchen with large six-seat island counter with sink, an abundance of cabinetry and countertop space, and a walk-in food pantry.

Off the kitchen, a short hallway leads to two of the three guest bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet and full bath. The powder room is also located in this area.

On the opposite side of the great room is the study, another guest bedroom and the master retreat. The study or den measures 16 by 12, while the guest bedroom has a full bath and direct access to the covered balcony.

Across the hall from the guest bedroom is the large laundry room with walls of cabinetry and a long L-shaped countertop with sink.

Past this area lies the entrance into the master retreat. The nearly 17- by 15-foot bedroom features his and hers walk-in closets. A pocketed door leads into the master bath with a private water closet, oversized shower, centrally positioned soaking tub and his and hers vanities.

The spaciousness of the residences at Quattro isn’t the only factor attracting buyers – there’s also the incredible list of features that come standard.

In fact, The Ronto Group is including an exceptional array of luxurious standard features and finishes at Quattro. Five hardwood flooring choices, porcelain tile, wood-look porcelain tile, and natural stone are available, as is a wide offering of carpeting selections.

Irpinia kitchen cabinetry that conveys an European flare with an infusion of character and functionality will include blind corner pullouts, shallow pantry pullouts, cooktop pullouts, multiple drawer stacks, a double-waste pullout, and a variety of door styles and finish options.  Cabinetry hardware comes in brushed chrome, chrome, or oil rubbed bronze is standard.  Quartz kitchen counter surfaces in a variety of colors are also standard.

The standard kitchen appliance package will include a SubZero integrated column refrigerator, a SubZero integrated column freezer with an icemaker, a Wolf five-burner gas cooktop and wall hood, a Wolf E-Series single electric wall oven, a Wolf standard microwave oven with built-in trim, a Meile 24-inch built-in dishwasher, and a SubZero wine cooler.

The kitchens will also include a Franke Cube single-bowl sink, a Dornbracht Tara Ultra-Profi single-lever faucet or a Dornbracht Elio single-lever faucet with a pull-out sprayer, and an in-sink-aerator Pro Series garbage disposal.

The laundry rooms will be outfitted with an Electrolux Perfect Steam washer and dryer.

The owner’s bathrooms will serve as a luxurious oasis that offers a relaxed ambiance.  Standard finishes and features will include a Kohler Ladena undercounter sink, a free-standing Jacuzzi Stella Unique Size soaking tub, a Dornbracht LULU single-lever tub faucet with a hand shower set, a Dornbracht IMO Ceiling Mount rain shower head shower fixture, and an Infinity tile insert drain in the shower.

The master bath will also feature marble counter surfaces and cabinetry selections with a variety of door fronts.

Quattro does present an incredible opportunity to live large in downtown Naples and to enjoy every aspect of the downtown lifestyle. However, if staying closer to home is more to their liking, Quattro’s amenities will keep residents as busy – or relaxed – as they choose to be.

That’s because the landscaped amenity deck will include a spacious deck with pool and hot tub, chaise lounges, trellised seating areas, shade cabanas, a fire pit with a seating area, two grilling areas, and a covered bar area with barstools and a large screen television.

A club room will open to the amenity deck and feature a bar area with a refrigerator, bar sink, and cabinetry, a billiards room, restrooms, and large screen televisions.

“If someone is considering purchasing a residence in downtown Naples they owe it to themselves to visit Quattro,” said Ouellette. “Our location is extraordinary. The residences – extremely spacious. The standard features – bountiful and luxurious. And the on-site amenities – second to none. Quattro simply has it all.”
