The Ronto Group reported strong reservation activity for residences at Quattro, the fourth building of Naples Square located at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Reservations worth $16 million have been processed to date. Naples Square’s walkable/bikeable lifestyle has transformed how people live in the downtown district. The community has put downtown’s attractions at its residents’ doorsteps while bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to the Design District and Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South.
