Naples Square is a new community being developed by the award-winning Ronto Group at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road that is changing the way people live in downtown Naples. Naples Square’s walk-able lifestyle and the availability of one and two story, two and three bedroom plus den floor plans from over 1,200 to over 3,600 square feet under air with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces have made it one of Naples’ most desirable communities. Through the first week in February, Ronto had processed binding and pending sales contracts worth over $42 million for Phase I residences at Naples Square. Phase I is now over 80% sold. Reservations for Phase II residences worth over $10 million have already been processed since Ronto introduced its plans for Naples Square’s second building in late January.
Naples Square will bring a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. Priced from the $600’s, the Naples Square floor plans offer 10’ ceilings, designer kitchens, chic master bedrooms and designer flooring throughout. Controlled access under-building parking is included. Residents will enjoy a professionally designed fitness center, a courtyard amenity deck featuring a resort-style heated swimming pool and spa, sundeck, pavilion bar with gas grills, and a gas fire table with seating, state-of-the art technology, private storage, and bicycle storage within the garage.
Phase I vertical construction continues to progress as planned. Seventy-three Phase I residences are on schedule for completion by fall of this year. The fourth floor on the west side of the Phase I building has been poured and the west side is slated to be topped-off by mid-February. Laying of the exterior block walls on the west side of the building that fronts 10th Street will begin early February and start to provide an indication of the scope of the Phase I project. On the east half of the building, foundation work is progressing. Footers and the first parcel of columns on the building’s first level have been completed. The first elevator deck on the east side of the building is scheduled to be poured the first week in February.
Underground utility infrastructure work is nearing completion on 3rd Avenue South that will run through the community and connect downtown to Naples Square and Bayfront. Curbs along 3rd Avenue South have been installed. The 3rd Avenue South streetscape will be finished with brick pavers and landscaping designed to provide a park-like ambiance. The roundabouts and fountains that will serve as Naples Square’s signature memory points will begin taking shape as construction of the 3rd Avenue South streetscape progresses. Residents will have the convenience of a commercial component fronting Goodlette-Frank Road east of the residential buildings. A green space will separate the residential and commercial components. The separation will contribute to Naples Square’s sense of place and tranquil feeling.
