Naples Square brings 73 new residences to downtown

In fewer than 45 days, more than two dozen buyers have made reservations for a place of their own in Naples Square, an enclave of luxury residences being developed within a short walk of downtown’s shopping, eating and entertainment venues. On the corner of Fifth Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road, The Ronto Group’s project will connect the avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street viaThird Avenue.

Designed by MHK Architecture and Planning, Naples Square residences range from 1,200 square feet to almost 3,000 square feet under air. Seven one- and two-story, two- and three-bedroom plus den floor plans are available.

Each floor plan includes large, open-concept living areas, open-air terraces and finishes specified by Naples-based Renee Gaddis Interiors. Standard details include 8-foot solid core interior doors; 8-foot exterior and sliding-glass doors; leverstyle door hardware; 8-inch baseboards and 7-inch crown molding; ventilated wood shelving in the bedroom, linen and pantry closets; and separate laundry rooms with a Whirlpool Duet front-load washer and dryer. The island kitchens have KitchenAid Architect Series II stainless steel appliances and granite and quartz countertop options. The master bath features marble-topped vanities with dual sinks, large showers with bench seats and glass enclosures, soaking tubs with most floor plans, and a separate water closet.

Seven floor plans range from 1,200 square feet to almost 3,000 square feet under air.Controlled access under-building parking, including bicycle storage, is included with each unit.

Residents of Naples Square will enjoy a fitness center, heated pool and spa, a sundeck and a pavilion bar with gas grills, and a gas fire table with seating, as well as state-of-the art technology and private storage. A clubroom and terrace will open to the pool area and include a bar, large-screen televisions and a billiards room.

Naples Square will be staffed by a professional management team that includes full-time maintenance and housekeeping personnel.
