Interior Design Plans Finalized For Denison Model at Naples Square

The Ronto Group announced that plans for the interior design of its Phase I Denison model residence at Naples Square have been finalized. Ronto is developing the community at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road. Naples Square’s location and walk-able lifestyle will bring a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. Seven one and two story, two and three bedroom plus den floor plans from over 1,200 to just under 3,000 square feet under air with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces are available. Priced from the $500’s, the light-filled floor plans offer 10’ ceilings, designer kitchens, chic master bedrooms and designer flooring throughout. Controlled access covered parking is also included. Completion of the 73 Phase I residences is anticipated by fall 2015. In addition to the Denison, Ronto’s Phase I models will showcase the Chelsea and Essex floor plans.

The Denison model’s interior is being designed by Claudia Baer of Baer’s Furniture. The Denison plan offers 2,264 square feet of living space and a 290 square feet balcony. Based priced at $895,000, the plan features three bedrooms, a den, three baths, a family room and dining room, an island kitchen, and an L-shaped balcony that wraps around the corner of the building. The family room, dining room, and one of the guest bedrooms open to the balcony. The master suite includes a bedroom with a private balcony, double walk-in closets, and a bath with his and her vanities, a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and a separate water closet.

An aura of sophistication is evident in Baer’s classic contemporary design, yet she maintains an emphasis on relaxed comfort and livability. Her design includes timeless furniture pieces, mid-century, clean-lined design elements, and rich textures. The model will feature a neutral color palette ranging from white to various taupes with accents in cool coastal tones of aqua, green, and blue. The flooring in the main living areas, and onto the balconies, will be executed in a linen-textured 12” x 24” ceramic tile.

The Denison’s entry foyer will feature a tray ceiling with subtle cove LED lighting. On the right, a handsome rosewood console will be adorned with a chrome lamp and two chic contemporary scones above.

In the study, stylish built-in custom cabinetry in an ebony finish will function both as a desk work station, and as an entertainment center. An inviting linen settee, comfortable leather chairs, and geometrical textured wallpaper will suggest the atmosphere of a cozy club room.

The open living room will feature sliding glass doors that will provide a transition to the wrap-around balcony and add to the sense of space and light. A two-toned entertainment center will create a focal point. Executed in ebony and a walnut finish that blends perfectly with the cabinetry in the adjacent kitchen, this gorgeous piece will showcase the television and stylish accessories. Across from the television wall, an exquisite seating group will feature a luxurious sofa in a cotton fabric accented with geometrical embroidered aqua silk, and accent pillows in two-toned aqua chenille. The sofa will be complemented by two handsome arm chairs and, to add personality, a signature Barbara Berry lounge chair in a heavy textured off-white fabric with her classic open oval back. A beautiful area rug will anchor this grouping that will include a fine Theodore Alexander stained walnut cocktail table at the center.

The dining room will open on two sides to the wrap-around balcony. A spacious wall niche will provide the perfect location for a built-in wine cooler and a dry bar executed in an ebony finish with a pure white quartz countertop and mirrored display shelving above. The glass top dining table for six will feature two base pedestals made of chrome and ebony. The chairs will be elegantly finished in an aqua fabric for a pop of color. Overhead, a stunning chandelier artfully formed out of nickel and crystals shaped like tubular tassels will catch the eye. Elegant drapes will be suspended from a hidden drapery pocket in a custom soffit around the exterior wall. Baer will also create a dropped ceiling with LED lights to crown and delineate the dining area from the living space.

The kitchen will feature a generous island with ample room for casual seating. Adding drama, a pure white quartz countertop will wrap and waterfall at both ends of the island down to the floor. The island and perimeter cabinetry will be executed in a walnut-toned finish enhanced by a stone backsplash featuring a random modern pattern in white and two shades of taupe.

The spacious wrap-around balcony will include a casual dining area and a welcoming lounge conversation area while providing a seamless extension of the home’s interior entertainment spaces. One of the guest bedrooms will also open to the balcony’s conversation area.

The owner’s suite will be entered via a private vestibule off of the living room that will be decorated with a beautiful piece of artwork. A hallway with two spacious walk-in closets will lead to the owner’s bedroom. The bedroom’s off-white and aqua tones will be accented by embroidered silk draperies and cut velvet accent pillows to convey a soft and restful ambiance. A wonderful wall-to-wall built-in treatment on the bed wall will showcase an elegant cream upholstered headboard with paneled sections and glamorous framed mirrors on either side. The brunette walnut toned night stands will have a plush contemporary look with two drawers that will include reeded fronts. A complementary dresser with a softly curved front and nickel accents will enhance the space together with an inviting lounge chair and ottoman in a teal aqua fabric.

The owner’s bathroom will feature a snow white linen-textured tile accented with rows of an iridescent mosaic tile that will also be featured in the shower. The handsome vanity with double sink will be finished in ebony with an off-white quartz countertop.

“People will find this to be an elegant, fresh contemporary look,” said Baer. “The cool colors will have a natural feeling and the furniture pieces will provide both functionality and comfort. When I use contemporary pieces, I use classic contemporary so they are attractive to everyone. They may have clean lines, but they will incorporate gorgeous wood selections. My goal for this Denison model is to make it elegant and sophisticated, but also inviting and comfortable.”

The Chelsea’s interior will be designed by Robb & Stucky. Base-priced at $735,000, the two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half bath plan includes 1,832 square feet of living space and a 214 square feet terrace. The great room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom open to the terrace. The plan features a kitchen with a peninsula counter bar and food preparation area with a double-sink and dishwasher.

Renee Gaddis Interiors will design the Essex model’s interior. The plan provides 2,469 square feet of living space. The living room, dining room, master bedroom, and one of the two guest bedrooms open to a 277 square feet terrace overlooking a landscaped courtyard. The plan includes a den, an island kitchen, and three-and-a-half baths. The Essex plan is base-priced at $1,015,000. Just two Phase I Essex residences remain available.
