The Ronto Group reported that construction of the seventy-three Phase I residences at Naples Square continues to remain on schedule for completion this fall. Naples Square is being developed by Ronto at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. The community will bring a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue South to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. Naples Square’s walk-able lifestyle and the availability of one and two story, two and three bedroom plus den floor plans from over 1,200 to over 3,800 square feet under air with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces priced from the $600’s have made it one of Naples’ most desirable communities. Ronto has processed Phase I binding contracts and pending sales worth over $50 million. Just eight Phase I residences remain available. Ronto has also processed contracts valued at over $20 million for residences in Naples Square’s second residential building scheduled to begin construction this fall.
As Phase I construction continues to progress, the visual appeal of the building’s u-shaped design created by MHK Architecture and Planning owner Matthew Kragh, AIA, and MHK’s Erik Young is becoming evident. Phase I construction reached a major milestone last month when the construction crane was removed from the middle of the building and construction of the courtyard amenity deck began. The amenity deck is now completely formed and ready for concrete. On the building’s west side, the windows have been installed and half of the interior framing has been completed through the fourth floor. Drywall is now being installed in the west side’s residential units. Installation of the roof trusses and plywood sheathing and the exterior masonry work have also been completed on the west side. Window installation has begun on the building’s east side and masonry work has been completed through level three.
Naples Square’s light-filled, open floor plans offer 10’ ceilings, designer kitchens, chic master bedrooms and designer flooring throughout. Standard finishes include porcelain tile flooring in the living areas, kitchens and baths in sizes up to 24” x 24”, 8-foot solid core interior doors, 8-foot exterior and sliding glass doors, contemporary, lever-style door hardware, 8-inch clean-lined baseboards, 7-inch crown molding per plan, ventilated wood shelving in the bedroom, linen and pantry closets, and laundry rooms with a Whirlpool Duet front load washer and dryer and a utility sink in most plans. The kitchen designs include KitchenAid Architect Series II stainless steel appliances, European frameless construction, full-overlay cabinetry with a variety of door profiles, finish selections and hardware, a stainless steel, under-mount sink with a pull-out spray faucet, and multiple granite and quartz countertop options. The master baths feature marble-topped vanities with dual sinks, showers with bench seats and glass enclosures, soaking tubs with most floor plans, and a separate water closet room.
