B Floor Plan – 3,437 Square Foot Luxury Condominium
With seven floor plans ranging from 2,300 to 3,800 total square feet and priced from $1.3 million to $2.6 million, The Ronto Group’s new Quattro building at Naples Square offers an unprecedented opportunity to live large in downtown Naples. The 3,437 square-foot plan offers four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a huge great room and dining area that opens to a spacious covered balcony, a beautifully designed island kitchen with a pantry, a nearly 200 square-foot den, and a large separate laundry room. Two of the guest bedrooms open to the covered balcony. The owner’s suite features two walk-in closets and a bathroom with separate vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Cabinetry hardware in brushed chrome, chrome, or oil rubbed bronze is standard. Quartz kitchen counter surfaces in a variety of colors are also standard. The standard kitchen appliance package will include a SubZero integrated column refrigerator, a SubZero integrated column freezer with an icemaker, a Wolf five-burner gas cooktop and wall hood, a Wolf E-Series single electric wall oven, a Wolf standard microwave oven with built-in trim, a Miele 24-inch built-in dishwasher, and a SubZero under-counter 46-bottle capacity wine cooler with two temperature zones. The kitchens will also include a Franke Cube single-bowl sink, a Dornbracht Tara Ultra-Profi single-lever faucet or a Dornbracht Elio single-lever faucet with a pull-out sprayer, and an in-sink-aerator Pro Series garbage disposal. The laundry rooms will be outfitted with an Electrolux Perfect Steam washer and dryer.
The owner’s bathrooms will offer a relaxed ambiance.
