The model’s color palette will include Ice Cube backgrounds with extra white trim and pops of deep blue and gold. Neutral furnishings will be presented with textured cream-colored performance fabrics. A mix of dark brown wood tones,  glass, bronze metals, and acrylics will be accented with gold tones. A pair of end tables will have a grey and gold ombre finish with a metallic sheen.  The grouping will be anchored by a 10 by 15-foot neutral toned wool area rug. A circular multi-tiered chandelier with a bronze metal finish and LED light strips will be centered over the space.  In the kitchen, the flat panel island base cabinet will feature a mocha finish with a high sheen.  The gloss white flat panel perimeter cabinetry will create a contemporary look. White quartz countertops will be used on both the island and the perimeter. Backless counter stools with acrylic legs and white leather seats will provide seating at the island. The large dining table will seat eight and feature two sculptural bronze metal bases and a glass top. Mid-century style armless dining chairs will be upholstered in an off-white performance fabric and feature dark wood legs. Over the table, a multi-tiered rectangular chandelier in a bronze metal finish with LED light strips will complement the fixture in the living room. A cozy grey fabric sectional sofa accented with blue geometric throw pillows will be a design highlight in the den. A square marble and bronze cocktail table will sit in the middle of the sectional. Two wall niches will be accented with floating acrylic shelves and flank a royal blue television cabinet with gold hardware. A mid-century modern lighting fixture with Edison bulbs and finished in black and gold metal will be centered on the ceiling. An abstract area rug and various art pieces will include blue accents.

Softer color tones will be presented in the owner’s bedroom. The king-sized bed will be finished in a cream fabric with white and soft blue bedding. The nightstands and dresser will feature a dove grey finish with gold hardware. A bench at the foot of the bed will be covered with white leather and include gold hardware. Where to Buy the Best Vacation Home in Florida

Florida is the vacation capital of America. With an average of 100 million visitors a year, the Sunshine State is the perfect place to enjoy a tropical retreat.

Many tourists and snowbirds (those folks who flock south year after year) come for just a short period of time, so each trip needs to be as enjoyable as possible. One way to better enjoy their vacation – and to extend it – is to own their own vacation home in paradise. Here are some helpful tips to decide where to buy the best vacation home in Florida.

Needs

The first question you should ask yourself is what kind of property do you need? Do you need space for your grown children, your grandkids or maybe even your friends?

Depending on how long you intend to stay, you will need to figure out things such as where to leave your car while you’re gone or does it need to be transported, do you have enough storage, and how many bedrooms do we need?

Needs aside, when buying a vacation home, you should also buy for your wants.

Wants

Florida has bountiful benefits, but each city has its own unique perks. Areas like Southwest Florida are home to gorgeous year-round weather, award-winning beaches and hundreds of private and public golf courses. Whereas the upper portion of the Sunshine State is home to places like Disney World and crystal-clear mineral springs.

If you’re unsure of what you’re truly looking for in a vacation home in Florida, a skilled real estate agent will point you in the right direction regarding the location benefits and communities of your liking.

For those wanting to come to Florida for the white sand beaches, numerous golf courses and overall sense of relaxation, Southwest Florida might be exactly what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for larger, more metropolitan cities, Miami or Orlando might interest you.

Once you establish where you want to live, community amenities packages will help you narrow down your search.

Amenities

Amenities allow you to enjoy resort-style living in a private setting. Whether you’re looking for swimming pools, exclusive golf courses, private gyms or even sports courts, be sure to choose an amenity package that appeals to you.

Quattro Naples Square

If you’re looking to purchase a vacation home in Florida, look no further than Quattro at Naples Square.
