Quattro’s Giada Floor Plan Popular With Buyers

The Ronto Group’s luxurious new residences at Quattro at Naples Square have become extremely popular with buyers looking for the ultimate Florida lifestyle and perfectly designed home within walking distance to all downtown Naples has to offer.

Quattro has 10 incredible floor plans, three of which will be furnished models. One of the models, the Giada, is new and features a wide and spacious split floor plan.

The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath Giada has 2,733 square feet under air ad 3,038 total square feet including a 22- by 14-foot balcony. The Giada floor plan on the upper floors has slightly more square footage.

The residence offers a huge living area that includes a great room, dining area, an open den, and a spacious kitchen with a large island. The great room, owner’s bedroom, and one of the guest bedrooms open to the balcony.

The beautifully designed owner’s suite features two large walk-in closets and a bath with his and her vanities, a freestanding soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a separate water closet.

“The Giada will showcase a view of the lushly landscaped courtyard and pool area with east of west exposures,” said Van Osborne, Director of Sales. “The Giada will also offer the popular Urban City view, facing east or west, allowing residents to enjoy morning sunrises or evening sunsets.”

According to Osborne the Giada will include a Chef’s kitchen with Irpinia cabinets and top of the line Wolf and SubZero appliances. The master bath will feature an oversized shower with rain head, Jacuzzi Stella soaking tub and elegant DornBracht plumbing fixtures.

“The spacious great room is the perfect place to relax or entertain family and friends,” reiterated Osborne. “The adjoining dining area also provides a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor spaces so residents can easily enjoy their open terraces and spectacular views.”

He added, Ronto also offers a builder “finishing touches” program, a collaboration with a design expert and homeowner that allows them to bring their style to life.

Another exciting aspect of all the residences is they were designed to have the feel of living in a single-family home, yet provide the maintenance-free lifestyle with seasonal concierge and continental breakfast so many of today’s buyers seek.

“The Giada floor plan, with its expansive 69-foot width, lives like a single-family home, while at the same time offers one of the largest living spaces in downtown Naples,” stated Osborne. “I definitely think the single-family design, combined with the ‘lock it and leave it’ mentality, are two of the reasons for the floor plans popularity.”

The ten spacious two, three, and four-bedroom plus den open-concept, single-story floor plans range in size from 2,032 to 3,437 total square feet under air and are priced from $1.3 million to $2.6 million.

Residences on Quattro’s courtyard amenity deck level will feature extended outdoor terraces ranging from 606 to 972 square feet. Standard features on the extended terraces will include a gas bar-b-que with a sink, a trellis-covered hot tub, and a fire pit. Five floor plans with the extended outdoor terraces are available.

The landscaped amenity deck will include a spacious pool deck, with pool and hot tub, chaise lounges, trellised seating areas, shade cabanas, a fire pit with a seating area, two grilling areas, and a covered bar area with barstools and a large screen television. A club room will open to the amenity deck and feature a bar area with a refrigerator, bar sink, and cabinetry, a billiards room, restrooms, and large screen televisions.

As mentioned prior, Quattro’s downtown location is also consider a major amenity.

“All the fine and casual restaurants, boutique shops, luxury gift stores, banking institutions and drinking establishments are literally a few minutes’ walk from Quattro,” explained Osborne. “Our future residents tell me on a regular basis they can’t wait to leave their cars at home and take the romantic stroll through Old Downtown Naples.”

He continued, “So, if someone is considering purchasing a residence in downtown Naples they owe it to themselves to visit Quattro. Our location is extraordinary. The residences – extremely spacious. The standard features – bountiful and luxurious. And the on-site amenities – second to none. Quattro simply has it all.”

Five Reasons to Hire an Interior Decorator to Finish Your Condo

New condos often present a challenge for those of us who don’t have an eye for design. If you’re not sure where to start on the decorating process or are looking for a fresh new look from a professional, here are five reasons to hire an interior decorator to finish your condo.

1) It will save you money

Believe it or not, hiring an interior decorator will actually save you money. Hiring a designer can help you avoid costly mistakes such as purchasing the wrong pieces whether it be in terms of  the look or the quality. Better yet, hiring a decorator can also increase the value of your home, even after designer fees.

2) Interior decorators will provide you with a professional assessment

An interior decorator will provide you with a professional assessment of your home. Because a design plan is crucial in understanding what can be repurposed in the home and what you’ll need to buy new, an interior decorator can create a specialized plan for you that will, in turn, help you in budgeting. Additionally, they provide an extra set of eyes that are trained to see things you may not see.

3) They have more resources available to them

Interior decorators have a network of connections that gives them access to resources and merchandise that’s not available to the general public. By using their network, an interior decorator can make your space truly unique with materials and products that haven’t even hit the stores yet. You’ll be ahead of the trends which is sure to  impress your guests!

4) Interior decorators have a trained eye

Decorating is not only their job, but their passion. Interior decorators know instantly what’s wrong with a space and how to make it right. Their decisions in terms of aesthetics, as well as making the most out of your space, will alleviate your stress and make your vision come to life.

5) They can create that “wow factor” you’ve been looking for

If you’re looking to give your condo that “wow factor”, then hiring an interior decorator is the way to go. Thinking outside of the box is what these professionals do all day long. If you want your space to be one-of-a-kind and the envy of all your friends, it’s time to hire an interior decorator.

Naples Square Buyers Purchasing Larger Residences At Quattro

The Ronto Group has always had a great following. In fact, those who purchased a home in one of Ronto’s earlier communities often purchase another home in one of Ronto’s latest, a sure sign of the trust they have in the company’s quality of construction, innovative designs and outstanding locations.

The latest example of the trend is taking place at Naples Square, The Ronto Group’s sold out and built out condominium community located within walking distance of downtown Naples, at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road.

The fourth building at that location is Quattro at Naples Square, which has been extremely popular with buyers looking for the ultimate Florida lifestyle and perfectly designed home within walking distance to all downtown Naples has to offer.

There are several reasons for Quattro’s popularity. In addition to its downtown location, there are the onsite amenities which were designed to keep residents as busy – or relaxed – as they want to be.

There’s also the fact the residences at Quattro are larger than the residences in Naples Square’s first three buildings – and that’s prompting buyers from Naples Square to upgrade to a residence in Quattro.

“Ronto’s reputation and superb location are prompting current Naples Square owners to upgrade to Quattro,” stated Van Osborne, the director of sales. “Buyers are preparing now for their future in Quattro, which has a total of 10 floor plans. Of those, six live like a single-family home and feature expansive courtyard spaces, measuring between 900 and 1,400 square feet, and are complete with their own outdoor kitchens, fire tables and hot tubs.”

Being able to customize their Quattro home is another major reason for upgrading.

“Seasoned buyers love that they can customize their residence and work together with Ronto’s ‘Finishing Touches’ program which guides them through the design/build process. It’s an easy way for our future residents to work with our design team to create a livable space that’s a reflection of their lifestyle – a very personalized work of art.”

With the opening of the community’s new Design Center, future residents can better visualize their incredible kitchen and beautiful baths and collaborate with a design professional to make their home their very own.

The recently completed Kitchen and Bath Design Center was built to show buyers the amazing quality and features that are included as standard and offered as upgrades, in all Quattro residences. The mandate for Quattro is to have only the highest level of finishes, appliances, flooring – and more – by letting buyers experience the oversized and glorious kitchen and bath spaces.

Osborne went on to say that the ability of residents to be able to customize their floor plan in pre-construction is unusual in the condominium marketplace.

“Discerning buyers, like those moving from Naples Square to Quattro, love the building’s trifecta of luxurious finishes, larger floor plans that live like a single-family home and outstanding downtown location,” said Osborne, who quickly added, “but, Quattro consists of only 64 residences. So, those interested should contact us immediately. We do have incredible residences with prime views available, but time is of the essence.”

Quattro’s two, three, and four-bedroom plus den, open-concept, single-story floor plans range in size from 2,032 to 3,437 total square feet under air and are priced from $1.3 million to $2.6 million.

“Our plans include all the hot buttons today’s savvy buyers are seeking,” commented Osborne. “Those hot buttons, especially those in the main living areas, are making their buying decision much easier.”

Buyers are excited to learn the spacious great rooms and dining areas at Quattro enjoy a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor spaces, creating an ideal area to entertain family and friends.

One of the home’s gathering spots is the kitchen, which also thrills buyers with all its features.

“Our well-appointed kitchens include Wolf and SubZero appliances, Irpinia cabinetry with accessories and natural gas cooking,” said Osborne. “But they also include oversized kitchen islands which measure larger than 5 by 7 feet and 5 by 10 feet, again ideal for entertaining purposes.”

Another room in the residence that has buyers anxious to utilize is the master bath.

“They are simply luxurious,” said Osborne. “From the oversized showers to the relaxing Jacuzzi Stella soaking tub, completed with sparkling DornBracht fixtures, the residents may never want to leave.”

Every floor plan at Quattro is truly something special. So are its amazing onsite amenities.

According to Osborne, “When it comes to the amenities offered at Quattro there is simply something for everyone. Together, all the amenity areas create phenomenal social areas, ideal for making new friends, whether one is lounging poolside, sitting at the bar, lifting weights or running in place in the fitness center, or aiming to put the eight ball in the side pocket.”

When not utilizing the onsite amenities, residents can be found happily strolling towards downtown.
