As The Ronto Group continues to accept reservations for Phase III residences at Naples Square, the community not only continues to change the way people live downtown, but also how areas within the Naples downtown district interact. Naples Square is being developed by Ronto at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road and is bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via a redesigned segment of 3rd Avenue South. The entire downtown district is now enjoying a level of connectivity that offers a walkable, bikeable lifestyle, not only for residents of Naples Square, but also for downtown’s residents and visitors who are intent on enjoying every facet of historic Naples from Bayfront west to the beach.
Construction of 73 Phase II residences continues on schedule for completion in first quarter, 2017 at Naples Square, a timeframe that will allow Phase II residents to enjoy their new homes during the 2017 season. Just 18 Phase II residences remain available. Nine floor plans, three of which are sold out, are offered in Phase II. The one and two story, two and three bedroom plus den plans range from over 1,200 to over 3,800 square feet under air and are priced from the $600’s. Each of the plans features open-concept living areas, open-air terraces, controlled access under-building parking, private storage, and bicycle storage within the garage.
The Ronto Group’s vision for Naples Square is grounded in the desire to create a place that offers a walkable, bikeable lifestyle that puts downtown Naples at the community’s doorstep. Ronto’s vision is now a reality. By night, the bike racks in the secure parking garage at the completed Phase I building are full, ready to fulfill the next day’s adventures. Residents enjoy strolling past the lighted fountains and manicured streetscape on Naples Square’s redesigned segment of 3rd Avenue South, making their way to the shopping venues, eateries, and late-night entertainment just a short walk away on 5th Avenue South and at Bayfront. The downtown district is enjoying a level of connectivity offering new possibilities for downtown’s residents and visitors who are intent on enjoying every facet of historic Naples from Bayfront west to the beach.
