With binding and pending sales contracts worth $34 million already processed, Phase II is nearly 50% sold. Nine floor plans, three of which are sold out, are included in the Phase II offering. Naples Square is being developed by Ronto at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road. Naples Square will bring a welcomed sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue South to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. Vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle traffic will flow easily from 10th Street to Bayfront on a redesigned segment of 3rd Avenue South between 10th and Goodlette-Frank Road within Naples Square.
Base-priced at $615,000, the Alton great room plan is one of the available Phase II floor plans and features 1,268 square feet of living space plus a 235 square feet balcony.
