Condos in High Demand – Quattro at Naples Square
The Ronto Group reported strong reservation activity for residences at Quattro, the fourth building of Naples Square located at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Reservations worth more than $20 million have already been processed. Naples Square’s walkable / bikeable lifestyle has transformed how people live in the downtown district. The community has put downtown’s attractions at its residents’ doorsteps while bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to the Design District and Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South.
Quattro is taking Naples Square’s lifestyle to a new level. Seven two, three, and four-bedroom plus den open-concept, single-story floor plans ranging from 2,300 to 3,800 total square feet and priced from $1.3 million to $2.6 million are included in the Quattro offering. A mixture of Bermuda, British West Indies, and Coastal Contemporary architectural styles created by MHK Architecture & Planning has brought a timeless flavor to Naples Square and created an appealing downtown landmark. A park-like landscape design by Christian Andrea of Architectural Land Design, Inc. includes a streetscape along Third Avenue South that bisects the community and has created a pedestrian and biker friendly route that connects downtown with Bayfront. A dedicated public access park stretches along the eastern edge of the Naples Square site and fronts Goodlette-Frank Road while solidifying the connection between downtown Naples and the Gordon River Greenway.
